The Irish Book-keepers Association identifies the need for a formally recognised platform to mark the aptitude and competency of all Book-keepers.   A qualification from The Irish Book-keepers Association gives the holder of such certification an advantage when applying for a new job placement. The prospective employer also will be satisfied that the candidate who is a member of The Irish Book-keepers Association has undergone prescribed tutorials and examinations.
